IT Director at Cosmos Labs, the core team driving the Cosmos blockchain ecosystem. My work centers on what really matters at this scale: compliance and security. Experience

I led IT operations at ThinkWell, running a global technical team across 13 countries: cloud, cybersecurity, automation, and change management. I managed product at ChangeDAO, building Web3 platforms for giving and access. In Brazil I founded Caracal, supporting artists and artistic organizations in running their grants and business, artistically and technologically.

Sound

I am a jazz pianist. Master of Jazz Piano Performance from Rutgers; B.A. in Piano Performance and Music Education from the State University of Londrina. I think in improvisation, rhythm, structure, and tension and release; expanding these concepts into a holistic vision of technology.

Origin

First generation immigrant from Brazil. My love for technology and operations started in my teens, building and hosting game servers so players across South America could reach the games they loved with low latency. From there I dedicated my life to accessible, innovative IT operations that bridge the gap between vision, innovation, and action.

Goal

I challenge traditional systems thinking, put the human on the other end first, and bridge worlds: art and technology, business and people, cultures and languages. I create technology to expand the possibilities of connection.
